RRB Junior Engineer Vacancy Online Form 2024 Start & Last Date
According to RRB JE Recruitment 2024 Notification, Junior Engineer Application Process starts from 30 July 2024. Any candidate who is willing to apply for these posts can fill the form till the last date of online application is 29th August 2024. Railway Recruitment Board has issued recruitment notification for a total of 7951 posts of Junior Engineer and other Posts. Out of these total posts, 7934 posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant and 17 posts of Chemical Supervisor/Research & Metallurgical Supervisor/Research (RRB Gorakhpur only) will be filled.

RRB JE Age Limit 2024 Minimum & Maximum Age
Many candidates try to apply the form due to not knowing the age limit, their form is not able to be submitted. In such a situation, before applying, you must know what should be the age for Junior Engineer Bharti?. According to RRB Notice, candidates whose age is between 18 to 36 years are eligible to apply for Junior Engineer and others posts. That is, the minimum age at 18 years and maximum age at 36 years has been fixed.
RRB JE Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
RRB Junior Engineer Form 2024 will be considered a successful application only when you pay the application fee. According to the notification of RRB, General, OBC and EWS candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 500. However, on appearing in the first phase of CBT, Rs 100 will be deducted and Rs 400 will be deposited back into the bank account.
SC, ST, ESM, Women, EBC and Transgender candidates will have to pay Rs 250 as application fee. And after appearing in the examination, the entire Rs 250/- will be returned through their bank account. Apart from this, after submitting the form, any candidate who wants to make amendments in the form will have to pay a separate charge of Rs 250.
RRB Junior Engineer Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for the posts of Junior Engineer in Railways on the basis of Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Stage 1 and Stage 2, Document Verification and Medical Examination. Initial screening with objective type questions will be asked in Computer-Based Test (CBT) Stage 1 and specialized and technical domain-specific questions will be asked in Computer-Based Test (CBT) Stage 2.
RRB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024 Salary
The candidates who are finalized for Junior Engineer and Chemical Supervisor/Other posts on the basis of CBT, Document Verification and Medical Examination are paid different salaries every month. Those who have been selected for Junior Engineer will be given a salary of Rs 35,400 per month as per Level-6. And those who have been selected for Chemical Supervisor & Other Posts will be given a salary of Rs 44,900 per month as per Level-7.
